We strive to deliver premium custom-made wedding attire and bridal accessories to you, and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to accept your return or exchange. Please review our return policy before making your purchase.

Returns

Returns must be initiated via online return request or email within 14 days of delivery of the original purchase. It is suggested that you try on the ordered item upon its arrival before removing the tags and/or discarding the packaging materiel.

Please complete the online Return Request by logging into your account or send us an email at return@neveblanc.com with your purchase information including name, order number from receipt, returned item and reason for return, and we'll be happy to provide you with a Return Form and a shipping label for USPS Ground shipment.

Please print and attached the return shipping label to the package and include the Return Form within the package.

Return item must be accompanied by the original receipt and Return Form. Névé Blanc reserves the right not to accept returns absent the Return Form.

Merchandise must not exhibit wear, be altered, washed, or damaged, and must be free of stains, debris and pin marks.

Merchandise must have all tags attached along with original packaging.

Custom-made garments that are not retuned in original condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee up to $150 depending on the level of refurbishment work required.

Custom orders may not be canceled, returned or refunded during the production period.

Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-made order handling fees are non-refundable.

Fabric charge and expedited delivery charge are non-refundable.

Earrings, including jewelry sets containing earrings, and personal care items, including lingerie and the like cannot be returned.

Customs taxes or duties, if any, are non-refundable.

Items that do not fit properly but are delivered in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned. You may seek local tailoring services as our factory tailors reserve additional fabric in the seams to allow for minor modifications.

Névé Blanc Gift Card cannot be returned.

Returns will be processed in approximately 1-2 weeks.

For custom-made garments, cost for return shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the garment and your location, and will be deducted from your refund.

For standard merchandise, we deduct $6 to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.

Refund may only be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase.

We cannot accept cross-border international returns.

Exchange

It is kindly suggested that you return your original purchase for store credit and make a new purchase of the item you desire.

Once the return item has been processed, you will be notified via email to begin your new order.

Standard merchandise may be returned for exchange within 14 days.
