How does my account work?

Registering a Névé Blanc online account is not required to explore and make purchases on the site, it is recommended because it allows for a more customized shopping experience. You will be able to shop faster, create a Wish List and stay informed about special perks. You can also store credit card information safely, maintain frequently used address, review order history and track your current orders. You will be able to edit and delete your billing and shipping information. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we protect your information.

I forgot my user name or password, what should I do?

You can use the “forget your password?” link to reset your password, or contact us at help@neveblanc.com.

Where can I find my store credit or know how much I have?

You can find your store credit after you log in your account.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You can review your current order and its tracking information under Orders and Returns or by logging into your account.

Fit and Measurments

How do I know what size to purchase?

Custom-made garments are produced based on your provided measurements. Please review our Fit Guide for detailed instruction on taking measurements.

How do I take measurements of myself?

You CANNOT take accurate measurements of yourself without the assistance of another person. You must use a soft measuring tape for your measurements (inches) and have someone to help you place and read the measuring tape. If you need further assistance, please contact us at help@neveblanc.com

What measurements are required?

Each individual garment requires a different set of measurements. You must provide all required measurements for the garment to be custom-made to fit your body properly. Orders cannot be placed with incomplete measurements.

Why do I need to upload my photos?

Although it is optional, it is strongly recommended that you upload your full body photos (front and side) to your order specification to help our tailor make your garment with a more accurate fit. Full body photos may be sans face.

How can I verify the color and fabric of the item that I want to order?

The settings of your computer or mobile device and its display may affect the accuracy of the colors of the product displayed on the Site. We are working on fabric sample swatches and we expect they will become available soon.

Do you provide alteration services?

Névé Blanc does not provide alteration services. You may seek a local tailoring service to modify and prepare your garment. Our tailor reserves additional fabric in the seams to allow for minor modifications.

What is Fabric Charge?

A $50 charge for additional fabric required to make the dress will be added to your order if EITHER height measurement is above 5 feet 10 inches, bust measurement is above 37.5 inches, waist measurement is above 30 inches, or hip measurement is above 41 inches.
A $100 charge for additional fabric required to make the dress will be added to your order if EITHER height measurement is above 6 feet 3 inches, bust measurement is above 44.5 inches, waist measurement is above 37 inches, or hip measurement is above 48 inches.

Order and Shipment

What are custom orders? What are standard orders?

Custom orders include orders for wedding gowns and evening gowns.
Standard orders include accessories and gift cards.

What is custom order handling fee?

We charge an $18.00 handling fee for custom-made orders, as additional communications and coordination with the tailor are required and time-consuming.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer digital gift cards for $50, $100, $200 and $500. Gift cards are non-refundable.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

Orders may not be cancelled after they are placed.

Can I cancel my order or update my address in the order?

You cannot change address and any other information in your order once it is submitted.

If something that I just purchased goes on sale, am I entitled to a credit on the price difference?

Névé Blanc offers price adjustments within 7 days of the shipment date for the original purchase.

How fast are orders processed?

All orders will process within 24-48 hours.

When is my credit card charged?

For standard orders, your credit card will be charged once you submit your order. You will be refunded if your purchase is backordered.
For custom orders, your credit card will be charged in full once you submit your order. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and our manufacturing facility will confirm receipt of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept and in what currency are your prices listed?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Will my order be taxed?

We include applicable sales tax for all orders based on your shipping address.

What is my order status?

You will receive your tracking number via email for shipped packages. You can visit our website and check the status of your order by entering the order number and your email address. If you have registered with Neveblanc.com, you can log into your account for tracking information.

What are your shipment methods?

Economy Shipping orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Expedited and Next Day orders are shipped via USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express.

When will my order be shipped, and when will it be delivered?

Custom-made merchandise
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your order will be sent to manufacturing for production, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order will be made, shipped and delivered to you within 1-3 months depending on the production time required for each individual item.

Standard merchandise
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Economy orders will ship within 1-2 business days once your order is verified and your credit is approved. Standard orders are shipped via USPS Ground, and usually arrive within 2-8 business days. Expedited and Next Day orders will ship within 1 business day once your order is verified and your credit is approved, and are shipped via USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express. Expedited shipping arrives within 2-3 business days, and Next Day shipping arrives within 1-2 business days.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated shipping times apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous U.S. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping and Next Day shipping are not available for address out side of contiguous U.S..

How much does it cost to ship my order?

For custom-made merchandise, U.S. shipment is free. We charge an $18.00 handling fee for custom-made garments.

For standard merchandise, we offer free US Economy Shipment when you registered an account at Neveblanc.com. Please refer to the chart below to determine your U.S. shipment cost

Can I have a package delivered on Saturday?

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays; additionally, Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Neveblanc.com is proud to offer shipment to Canadian addresses, but does not ship to Canadian PO box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The delivery time for Canadian shipment may vary. Shipment charge to Canada is via calculated by the weight, and will be provided to you at the time of check out.

Return and Refund

What is your return policy?

Custom order returns must be initiated via online return request within 14 days of delivery. It is suggested that you try on the dress upon its arrival.

Standard merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you do not have an account, please send us a message at Return@neveblanc.com with your purchase information (name, email, order number from receipt, what you'll be returning and reason for returning), and we'll be happy to provide you with a return form and shipping label for USPS Retail Ground Shipping. Please print and attached the return label to the package.

Cost for return shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the dress and your location, and will be deducted from your refund.

Return item must be accompanied by the Return Form. Névé Blanc reserves the right not to accept the returns without Return Form.

Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom order handling fees are non-refundable.

Fabric charges and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable.”

Is there a fee to make a return?

For standard order, we deduct $6 to cover shipping, handling and restocking.
For custom order, cost for return shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the item and your location, and will be deducted from your refund.

Custom-made gowns that are not returned in original condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee up to $150 depending on the level of restocking work required.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Damaged shipment can be returned. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from the delivery carrier.

What is your exchange policy?

Custom-made garment is non-exchangeable.
Standard merchandise may be returned for exchange within 14 days. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must be free of stains, debris and pin marks. Merchandise must have all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Final sale items are non-exchangeable.

How can I exchange?

It is suggested that you return your original purchase for a refund in store credit and make a new purchase of the item you desire. Please visit Return and Refund page for information on how to return.
Once the return item has been processed, you will be notified via email to begin your new order.

How long does it take to process my return?

It takes 1-2 weeks to process the return request. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
